Open Letter to The New Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni on the Subject of Environment and Energy

Dear President Meloni, to you who are preparing to participate at the highest levels at the G8, G20 and C0P (Conference of the Parties) summits, I would like to point out the modest considerations of the undersigned, who has experienced industrial environmental and energy problems at the forefront, as a designer, installer, inventor of anthropogenic systems in the last fifty-three years.

Dear President Meloni, to you who are preparing to participate at the highest levels at the G8, G20 and C0P (Conference of the Parties) summits, I would like to point out the modest considerations of the undersigned, who has experienced industrial environmental and energy problems at the forefront, as a designer, installer, inventor of anthropogenic systems in the last fifty-three years. Unfortunately, my interactive environmental and energy inventions, which have occupied the last sixteen years of my life, have not been understood by world science, politicians and entrepreneurs. For myself, the planet Earth is not yet ready to be administered by politicians and economists. First he has to solve huge scientific problems that cannot be solved with the current science that has always worked in watertight compartments, with mono-disciplinary experiments and applications, completely neglecting the multidisciplinary, interactive, self-purifying and self-energetic principles that Earth nature applies for four, five billion years, transforming the earth’s primordial environment into the present one without the help of any technology. Certainly, four, five billion years is a very long time because nature takes a long time to purify the environment. But the terrestrial industrial age, of only 150 years, was so quick to ruin the environment that politicians and economists cannot manage it. Nor can they trust the real responsible for environmental degradation, which are not the individual branches of science, but those who prevent, in one way or another, that science is applied globally, without changing natural physical, chemical, biological processes. Science and technology should only locally increase the speed of natural processes, without altering them. It is not easy to grasp this concept on the part of world governments that continue to consult individual academic experts from the various branches of science in the face of alluvial, cyclonic calamities, great fires. The situation is much more complex and concerns the entire world labor organization, which must not open chemical cycles that cannot close perfectly and if it is necessary to open them, it is also necessary to create the infrastructures and anthropogenic plants capable of closing these cycles. This is a fairly simple problem to solve in fixed anthropogenic plants, however science has not solved it. It becomes very complex in mobile anthropic systems, which concern, above all, means of transport, terrestrial, marine, submarine, air and space. Obviously, in the whole world, no one has any idea how to solve the problems of pollution produced by mobile plants. In the meantime, in this short industrial period, following a logarithmic curve much more accelerated over time, the waters of the oceans have acidified by more than 30% and the melting of glaciers in the last 30 years has seen the annual loss increase by 800 billion tons. to 1,300 billion tons. This means that the energy and purification systems designed by men are not suitable for the Earth environment. For these reasons, in my opinion, at least, the United Nations should have been, above all, a political and scientific body at the same time, in order to develop at least impartial multi-disciplinary demonstrative prototypes to be made available to all terrestrial countries. In fact, all the countries of the planet Earth need concrete examples of energy and technological purification applications, valid both from an industrial, environmental and economic point of view. Unfortunately, the United Nations Organization is only a political and bureaucratic body that has never set itself the task of coordinating even the science that has continued to be developed in a mono-disciplinary way, at the service of those who pay it best. Even today, public scientific bodies sell their patents to multinationals in individual industrial sectors. It is quite obvious that multinationals only buy patents in line with their industrial production line which has produced an unequal distribution of world wealth and global warming. In this serious global context, the undersigned, as a simple employee designer and installer of systems, first in large industry (Alfa Romeo) and then in a small company specialized in environmental, purification and energy subcontracts, for a total of thirty-seven years realized the difficulties that public and private scientists and researchers, specialized in individual sectors, find in understanding the problems globally, but also in escaping the laws of the labor market and the wishes of employers.
